How to book
There is no form to fill in. Send us a WhatsApp message with your pickup location, the delivery address and a short description of the item. We reply with the real pickup time. Sharing your live location is the fastest way — Istanbul addresses inside complexes, business centres and office towers are hard to describe, and a shared location removes that problem completely.
What affects the delivery time
Distance from the nearest available rider. Time of day — 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–20:00 are the heaviest traffic hours in Istanbul. Side crossing — if pickup is on the European side and delivery on the Asian side (or the other way round), the route includes a bridge or a tunnel.
Motorcycle or car?
A motorcycle is the fastest option in Istanbul traffic, but not every item fits on one. For bulky, fragile or multi-piece shipments a car or van is the right choice. Tell us the approximate size and weight when you book and we will send the right vehicle the first time.
Airports and hotels
We regularly deliver to and from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and to hotels in the Sultanahmet and Taksim area — forgotten passports, documents and left-behind items. Flight times do not wait, so we plan the pickup backwards from the departure time.
